COOKING MAREMMA (5 days and 4 nights) – PROGRAM
Wednesday: check-in, welcome drink and typical Maremman dinner at the restaurant “Punto a Capo”
Thursday: 8:00 am breakfast, 9:00 am cooking lesson: “The traditional pasta”, about 3 hours; at the end of the lesson lunch with cooked dishes, afternoon and evening free for excursions and typical dinner in the hinterland of Maremma: Manciano, Saturnia, Sovana.
Friday: 8:00 am breakfast, 9:00 am cooking lesson: “Yeast and desserts”, about 3 hours, at the end of the lesson lunch with cooked dishes, afternoon and evening free for excursions and typical dinner on the Maremman and Argentario coast.
Saturday: 8:00 am breakfast, 9:00 am cooking lesson: “Soups and traditional dishes” about 3 hours, at the end of the lesson lunch, afternoon and evening free with possibility of wine tastings in the wineries of Morellino di Scansano located near Borgo Magliano.
Sunday: breakfast and check-out.
